Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Log in to your Mojay Enterprises account to initiate your return request. Once submitted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund or credit:
Items must be returned in unused, like-new condition
Products should be sent back in their original packaging whenever possible
Additional Information
A restocking fee may apply in certain cases
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
